Find out when your bus is due to arrive via SMS
Key into your mobile phone (as a text message), the bus stop number (the unique five-digit number posted at the top of the bus stop pole), followed by a space, followed by the bus service number and send your SMS to 74744.
A return SMS will give you details of arrival times.
Each SMS query costs an additional 5 cents, in addition to the charge for an SMS.

Journeys take longer during peak hours.
Drivers do not give change, so carry the exact fare in small change. Place coins in the red box beside the driver and tell him your fare. He will issue a ticket that can be collected from the Transitlink machines behind him.
Bus numbers and routes serviced are displayed at each bus stop.
Using a bus with strollers is not easy, especially during peak times, and there is no space for storing bulky items.
Public buses are not accessible to passengers with wheelchairs.
EZ-Link cards can be used to pay bus fares. Tap the EZ-Link card on the card readers near the doors of buses when boarding and alighting, and the fare is automatically deducted.
 Fares depend on distance travelled.
