Managed entirely by volunteers. Sells pre-loved clothing, accessories, household items, ornaments, books etc. All goods are donated, and prices start from as low as S$1.00. Proceeds from the store go towards Star Shelter and the various Singapore Council of Women’s Organisations initiatives.

Salvation Army Singapore

Accepts donations of furniture, bulky items, clothes, books, knick knacks and other house hold items. Larger items and large quantities of items can be collected by the Salvation Army, after assessment.

Promotes recycling to prevent further depletion of the environment. Collects waste papers, used computers, used printers, used printed circuit boards, used original empty toner cartridges, used carpets, used office furniture, used office chairs, used air-conditional units, used computers, used refrigerators, used washing machines, used shoes, used Nyatoh doors and used metal & wire scraps for recycling.

BookCrossing Singapore

BookCrossing and The National Library Board of Singapore announced the public launch of community based initiative to encourage reading and sharing books. The public can donate books to be shared in the project by dropping them at any of the 23 NLB public libraries.
