The first museum in Singapore dedicated to children. An inclusive space for children of different ages and abilities.

It features interactive elements that allow children 5 years and older to get hands-on with exhibits as they immerse themselves in the history of Singapore. A play space called Play Pod accommodates children 2 to 4 years old.

Everything in the museum – from the activities to the height of sinks in the restrooms has been designed with children in mind.

Housed in a historic double-storey colonial building that is more than 100 years old, CMSG aspires to be a place of wonder and joyful learning for all children to engage with Singapore and the world.

A permanent exhibition contains four galleries on the first of two floors, and three special galleries on the second floor will be refreshed annually.

Adult visitors to the museum must be accompanied by a child.
