The newly opened MOIC harnesses the universal enjoyment of ice cream to create spaces that provoke imagination and creativity through fun, multi-sensorial expressions and experiences.

Offering itself as an ‘experium‘ or combination of experience and museum of 60,000 square feet spread over five buildings, MOIC offers three highlights :

Scream’s Diner

Five treat rooms serving ice cream developed in-house (with dairy-free and vegan options), featuring flavours such as pulut hitam and lychee bandung.

A little Easter egg hidden in the telephones mounted on the walls in one of the rooms offers a special message from a Hollywood star.

Oversized versions of potong ice cream (a local popsicle) sprouting from the walls and floor grace another room while the famed Housing Board dragon playground gets an MOIC makeover.

MOIC Sprinkle Pool

Just 60 cm deep, it is a perfect Instagram spot – toss sprinkles into the air against the Museum’s signature pink walls. Diving is discouraged.

Disco

Reminiscent of Yayoi Kusuma’s Infinity Rooms, this mirrored space is ‘play’ on a loop.
